Cute product but needed work
The concept of this item is charming and I love the look. Unfortunately, it needed some work before it could be used. The arms will not stay in place and swing freely. A quick trip to the hardware store for some epoxy glue and the problem was solved. I had read the reviews ahead of time and expected this problem. Still, I am very pleased with the look of this item and happy that I made the purchase.

this can be used year round, not just at xmas, think hearts for valentines day and shamrocks for st patricks day

Good purchase and service
The product is good, however, it was broken when it arrived. I will have to get it fixed because, not enough time for shipping.

BUYER BEWARE
piece of junk...need I say more....no quality check and arms wont stay in place no matter what I did. Both of the ones I bought ended up in the garbage...what a waste of money. Plus one of the trees was sent with a branch too long because they miss counted the proper branches and lengths needed for each level. I also will not be buying from this catalogue again...Bye bye Terry's Village!

Worked for me...
I agree with some of the other reviews. The tree is a bit flimsy, but it worked for what I had planned, so can't complain. After reading the reviews, I was not expecting much, but you get what you pay for.
I used it and will be using it again.

A little disappointed
When I first received this tree, had a problem with one of the branch connects having a piece of iron and the branch would not even go through it. Called and must say it was replaced immediately with a new one that at least the branches go through, however, the tree does not sit straight, therefore, causing all the branches to rest together instead of appearing nicely with my ornaments. I do like the tree, and will use it, just a little disappointed that it wont keep the branches on a little more even keel.

Wire Ornament Tree
Wobbly and required some glue to hold the "Branches" in place and keep from swinging. Price was reasonable though and will serve my purpose.
