2. Information You Provide. TerrysVillage.com receives, stores and uses the information you provide us. For example, our site's Membership Form and Order Form requires users to give us contact information (such as your name and e-mail address). Your contact information is used to communicate with you and send you information about our Web site. Users may opt-out of receiving special offer and promotional e-mails (see the choice/opt-out link below). Financial information that is collected is used only to bill you for products and services. We also use information you provide in order to respond to your questions and to customize your shopping experience.

9. P3P. The Platform for Privacy Preferences Project (P3P) provides a standardized method for Web sites to communicate their privacy practices to visitors in an automated, machine readable format.
