they don't tell you that personalization is excluded The description says the item is personalized but it was not. Customer Service said they don't personalize anything in clearance and that the online listing doesn't show that clearly enough. Terry's Village gave me a refund for the item. December 30, 2012

I threw it away I was very disappointed in this product. When I opened the box it was shedding all this glitter. The faces were a bit off but I decided to keep it anyway. I personalized it and set it aside. But every time I looked at it I was just so disappointed I ended up throwing it away (I had already personalized it and so didn't think sending it back was an option). Not great for one of my first purchases from this company. VERY poor quality. November 1, 2012
