loved it!!!!! I ordered this hour glass for our 40-year class reunion. When it arrived it was broken in pieces the sand was running out the box before I opened it. I called cousmers services and the lady was so nice, I had another one 2-days before the reunion. Not only was I pleased with the item but the company was so good.
