Yes, the head flops back. I just prop it up against the wall and it looks great. For the price ... it'll not too bad.

Very cute! - but, head is too heavy. Always flops backward. I made a little weight thing to put under the box of kleenex to help hold the box down. And I lean his head onto the wall to help keep it up.

Cute Xmas Tissue Cover
I purchased this to match my shower curtain and it works perfectly, matches exactly! My only concern with it is that the head is to heavy for it so it leans backwards. But I put it flush to the wall and it works then.

Adorable But A Few Glitches
The snowman is adorable, but the head is heavy and tends to lean back and the elastic gathering on the bottom doesn't allow the tissue box to sit flat.

Snowman tissue box cover
While this product is very cute, the head of the snowman is too heavy to stand up on its on. I had to position it several times to get it upright. Every time a tissue is removed, the head flops backward. Too much of a hassle for daily use. I would have returned this product except I didn't want to pay the return shipping for an expensive purchase. I donated it instead.
