Super cute and big! I read other reviews about broken parts so I was leery about ordering them. They arrived packaged in styrofoam boxes securely taped shut with no broken pieces. I think they could be thrown across the room in the packaging and not damaged, so shipping must be better now. They are bigger than expected which is great!-- Lots of room for extra hot chocolate. Mine aren't white The reason I only gave 3 stars is because mine aren't white like the picture, they are sort of beige and don't match the rest of my snowman things I already own. Isn't snow suppost to be white?? Otherwise it is very cute, just disapointed about the "white" part being really "off". November 2, 2012

Cup is good purchase Like the size of the mug. I ordered two and the shovel on one was broke. I called customer service and they replaced it right away. Customer service is great for this company. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. October 28, 2012

snow man mug the reason i rate this so low is because the item is very fragile and not a good item to ship. I received my order and 2 out of the 4 were damaged. luckly 2 were for a gift basket I was creating and the other 2 were just for me so I guess I will live with the broken pieces. November 27, 2011
