snow couple sweethearts Size, colors, price were great. Had the heart personalized with "Merry Christmas" in our ancestral tongues (mine & husband's). Used 14 spaces for first line, & 12 for second. The first 2 letters starting each line are a bit lighter than the rest of the letters of each line, but each is still legible. December 3, 2012

Cute, but Poor Quality I ordered three of these as Christmas gifts this year, and had to return ALL three to be redone. The paint job on them is quite poor - red paint was bleeding through the white paint where the names are put in. There were also grey scratch marks on the white part of the snowmen. I got the three replacement ones and decided to keep them, as they were better, but I will still have to touch them up with some modeling paint that I have at home. I don't think I would recommend these ~ they are cute, but are cheaply made. October 21, 2012

Worst purchase ever Ordered one, the personalization was smeared on the hearts. Ordered a second one, the heart wasn't even totally covered in paint. I had a choice of having another one sent or a credit back on my charge card, I took the credit. Why would I want to order another one that wasn't right? Very unhappy, I have always gotten quality merchandies from you. October 18, 2012
