Worse purchase ever.
This was a waste of my money.
1st I had to fix the arm that held the towel. Looked like it was sewn on the wrong arm.
2nd I had to glue the towel up higher just so you could read the name.
3rd The little black handle on the flour can was broke off, just threw that away because I could not fix it.
4th So disappointed with this purchase. Will have to think hard about ordering anything else from here as I have purchased several things in the past and had problems with a few of them. I went ahead and gave as a gift (after working on it ) because the young lady loves snowmen.
This was NOT worth the price they charged for it. I rated it one star only because i couldn't rate it a half of a star.

very disappointed
I bought one of these snow cooks a few years ago and loved it. I was very disappointed to how cheaply they are being made now. The apron rides up, the gingerbread men she is holding are thin and poorly stamped and the personalization was crocked and pealing off. I had to cut it off with sizzors.

Real Disappointment
Received the fuzzy snowman and it was squashed inside the box. Head and arms both dangling. Ordered one 2 years ago and it was fantastic but this one is awful. I do have to give customer service a high mark as they were fantastic when I called and offered several solutions. Have ordered from Terry's Village and will continue to do so.

Snow cook
Cute little addition to my kitchen for the holidays. Looks very much like it is pictured. My name was printed correctly just as I had spelled it with the spaces in front and back in order to center it on towel. I'm not really sure what the flour can is supposed to be as it has a strange metal "stick" coming out of the top of it? Doesn't look much like a flour sifter to me. All in all I am satisfied.

Poorly Made
I just received Snow Cook today and was very dissapointed. It was put together poorly. Towel barely hanging on. Pie arm is stretched out and does not look anything like the picture. The outfit is way to little. I can't believe this cost $15.00, it is not worth $5.00. The only good thing is the name was right that was added to the towel and that is all.
So so disappointed!!

Snow Cook
There seems to be an issue with the arms not being attached properly. The pie is to heavy, I have to glue everything in place. I purchased this as a gift. I am glad I did not have it shipped to my niece, that I could fix it so it would/could look like the photo.

It was very disappointing to get this item and have the name printed upside down. It is such a cute item but the handtowel is printed wrong and also attached to her arm wrong. I have to take it off, cut it apart, sew it back together and re-attach it. A lot of work for something I already spent all that money on.
