Larger in life I am very pleased with these jars. I got them so 3 yr old class could make home-made butter. These are perfect! They were larger than I thought and that was even better. The children will be able to make enough for their biscuits and some to take home. * Heavy whipping cream in the jar. Make sure lids are screwed on tightly then shake, shake, shake to make yummy butter! Drain off any liquid (whey), add a pinch of salt ... it's so good. I'm glad I got 2 sets as I can think of so many things to do with them! January 19, 2013

Great for Parties I am using this at the rehearsal dinner for my daughter as favors for the guests and bridal party. They are filled with candies in the colors of the dinner - shades of purple, teal and lime green. I made tags to match the different candy and trimed the rim of the lid with ribbons to match. Very festive looking. NOTE: it could take more candy than you might think. January 17, 2011
