Three strikes your out!
After 3 attempts to personalize this item with the simple phrase: Our Home away from Home, I had to ask for a refund. The first one came with a scratch across the green portion, they didn't fit the "O" properly, the paint job was bad; and it came broken. The second one also couldn't fit the "O" and the third attempt was worse as the "O" ended up on the snow where you couldn't see it.
Other ornaments I got were perfect... Not sure why this wouldn't work. I did not go over the amount of letters you could use.

Cute Idea
I thought this was the best gift ever for a special friend, so a little disppointed in the quality for the price. Personalization was great and correct. It is heavy and made of plaster, resin would have been better. I would recommend this product as long as all the facts were included, so they knew exactly what they were getting. All in all I would buy it again, knowing the facts.

Didnt realize it was heavy plaster.
The item was perfect for our camping friends, and the personalization made it a must have. Was surprised it was so heavy and made of plaster though. I thought it would be a glass bulb. I think the description needs to say what it is made of. It also was a little larger than I expected. I doubt it will hang on a tree easily due to the weight.

Soooo Cute!
This ornament is so cute espically when the trailer you own looks much like the ornament! Great for friends Christmas gift.Received in plenty of time for gift giving.

Disappointed
Personalization was wrong.
it should have been: Greg and Ruthetta
and it was: Greg and Rugetta (or something)
I threw it away.
