Too top heavy
Bought to use as outdoor decor for my daughter's 12th bday party. Wanted to attach balloons to it as the marker for her "Up all night, Night owls Slumber party. The metal pole was laughable...as the others have mentioned the owl was so heavy it kept spinning around and bending over. I finally just propped it in a flower pot in a corner near the front door.
Loved the colors of the owl as they matched our color scheme. Seemed to be sturdy except for the pole. kept outside all fall with no rust showing yet.

Not Worth It
This Owl yard stake is nice to look at but is too heavy for the metal stick that comes with it to attach. The owl is too heavy and doesn't stay straight and keeps turning around because it's top heavy. I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to lean it against a fence or something like that.

cute, but not sturdy
Purchased this item because it looked so cute in the catalog. When I received it I was very disappointed. The "stake" supplied with the owl was very flimsy. The metal owl is too heavy for the stake and I had trouble making it stand up straight. Finally I just leaned it against a fence. Price was too high considering the quality of the item.

Cute!!
This owl yard stake brightens up any yard space....just adorable.. An sitting near him is the matching chicken wire frog....and it is tooo cute!
