Faulty clock
I ordered this clock and it does not keep proper time. The second hand keeps getting stuck on the minute hand. I contacted customer service and they were generous to offer a refund or exchange. I choose to replace it with a new one. I just decorated my bathroom in owl stuff and it is so cute! I hope this new one will work better.

Owl Clock
Clock ticks a bit loud and the parts are cheap. I had to phone for a replacement as the second hand gets stuck on the hour and minute hands and stops running. We'll see how the replacement performs. I love the clock itself though. It's great fun!

Better the 2nd Time Around
The first time I ordered this owl clock it didn't work, so when I called customer service to advise them of this they happily sent me another one...which arrived promptly and worked this time. It looks very nice hanging up on my wall. I was very impressed with their level of service.

Owl clock
This is a very nice and unique clock with a well done design. I note it is made of wood or a wood composite. Hopefully, this is treated material and will not warp or degrade due to any adverse condition, such as high humidity, and the paint will not fade.

Didn't work
I am an owl colector so I thought this would be really cute, and it is, except the clock didn't work. When I put the battery in I can hear it moving but the hands stick together so it doesn't tell time. I called customer support and they offered to refund my money or replace the item. I chose to replace the item and haven't rec'd it yet, so we'll see if this one works.

Super Cute!
What a great little find! I am redecorating my daughter's room for her birthday, and this was the perfect addition. She loves owls. It is light weight, made of some type of wood product, but the colors are vibrant and the details are just right.
