won't buy another one it didn't work at first and then sounded like the battery was dying but no place for putting one unless you rip the stitching open

Second time not a charm
First purchase came, nose was barely hanging on and no music played from push foot after removing tab. Could not give this as the gift it was intended so I called and they promptly sent me another at no charge. Second one came and I opened the box to check his nose which was intact. However I did not want to pull the tab to start the music as did not want to run down the battery. So, two weeks after delivery of second one, gave it as a gift, they took it home and music STILL DID NOT WORK! This was the second one with same results!

Disappointing
I purchased these for centerpieces for our company Christmas party. They were adorable on the tables with the bottles of sparkling cider attached; however, half of them didn't play music when we placed them on the table and before the party was over, only two continued to work. Very disappointing...

Cute but didn't work
It's really cute, about what you would expect when ordering it. Nice and soft plush, fits well around wine bottle. But like almost every other reviewer- mine didn't play music. If they just took out the music box from the hand and sold it as a snowman wine holder, it would be much more honest.
I would've recommended it- if it had actually worked and played music.

Cute, but no music
They are very cute. Fit well on small bottles. However, the music doesn't work. I contacted them & they are sending me a credit. Very good customer service.

Disappointed
The hugger itself is darling, however, the music plays the same line repeatedly. So disappointing.
It would be better to leave the sound option off completely.

Disappointed......
I ordered four of these for Christmas gifts and none of them played the holiday tune. (defective push button?) I contacted customer service and was sent 4 more. However, only two of them played. The snowman himself is very cute.
