Most of the figures are attached I purchased this for my Granddaughter as a little Christmas present. She already has the Fisher Price one which is 100% better then this one. I figured this one was a little more grown up. The one thing that really annoys me is that Joseph, Mary, Baby Jesus & The Angel are all attached permanently. I thought it was just set up that way in the picture. My Granddaughter always says she wants the baby seperate and this isn't. December 17, 2012
