I lost my husband 27 months ago...I bought one of these the first Christmas without him, the following year a good friend lost his dad,I bought one for him and one for his mom. I really liike them!

Memorial Candle
My dad had passed four days before ordering this candle, i received it two days after ordering, the family was so pleased to have the candle to present at the memorial, thank you very much.

Memorial Candle
We use these in a memorial church service the last Sunday of the year.
Arrival time has been speedy. Quality excellent. Everyone at church wants
to know where we got them. We light a different candle and present this
memorial candle to the family. The families deeply appreciate this
remembrance. One candle to each family who lost a loved one during the
year. I don't understand comments about poor quality from others. We have nothing but compliments. And when you can please an entire
congregation and each family, it is an accomplishment. Thank you for this
product.

Nice Idea
We have four other candles from your company. However, we had problems with this one. The first candle arrived and the decal was as crooked as could be. The lady I spoke to was very nice and e-mailed me a return label and sent out a new candle. However, when the second candle arrived it was dented on the top and bottom of the candle and the decal was still crooked. I called again and talked to another person who was also quite helpful and printed me out a return label and sent out a new candle. When it arrived it was fine. So third time is a charm. I do think they should pay more attention to detail . Afterall, it is a memorial candle and you want it to be right. Thank you.

Wonderful memorial gift:
I first ordered just 1 of these memorial candles as a birthday gift for a friend who had lost her husband 1 year prior, she was so touched by this gift she was overwhelmed. She loved it & said she will cherish it always. I liked it so much when i bought it, I then ordered 8 as gifts for my siblings as christmas gifts this year (2010) in memory of our mother.

not at all what I expected
very cheaply made!! The part where it states the name and date was already off when we took it out of the box, I had to use scotch tape to keep it on. I wouldn't advise ANYONE to buy it. very disapointed!

Very Nice
I thought this candle was a very good value for the price. My decal came attached to the candle. This is a beuatiful way to honor my lost son on special occasions.

Read reviews before purchase
I did not read reviews before purchasing, and I should have. As others have stated, the decal comes off very easily, with minimal movement. It is not attached to the candle. I purchased four of these, and I would not recommend due to the price, unless you don't mind the quality. I will still display the candle as my loved one's name is there, and this decal could actually be put onto a different candle if wanted. If the price were cheaper, would be a better buy.
