Great service When I first recieved this sign, there was a large discolored spot on it. The sign was so cute, but I didn't want to give it as a gift with a defective spot. I called Terry's Village and they were so wonderful! They apologized and sent me a new sign right away at no charge. They didn't even want me to send the defective one back! Exceptional service and my new sign is perfect!!! December 21, 2012

There will be one happy Grandma this Christmas I purchased this for my MIL because my FIL repeatedly dropped the hint that she would like something that said "grandma" on it. After a lot of hunting and searching, I chose this because it sums up the kind of Grandma she is and the price was right. Before I wrapped it, I looked at it and it is much better than I expected for the price.
