Happy, But.......
I ordered 5 of these for a friend, she thought they were just perfect for Christmas. They arrived and we both were disappointed. 3 of the 5 had problems, no key and broken keys. I called customer service and they did offer me 3 new ones, unsure of the packing I asked for 1 and it just arrived and it did arrive in excellent shape, key and all. So now I have a box with no key, but hope to find one at an estate sale or hobby shop.
We did find a poreclain glue for the 2 broken keys. Can't really tell they were broken.

Grand-Daughter Keepsake Box
I was very excited when I ordered this product and then was really disappointed when it arrived, as I love the box, but both keys were broken. they seemed to be packed well, but i guess not well enough. . . . I'm now looking for replacement metal keys that won't break.......
