Unhappy
I ordered 6 ornaments and specified what names to put on them. Ornaments arrived butdid not have personalization on them. Was not at all happy about this.

Cute
The paint quality on the area to be personalized could have been better but, overall, a good quality item. I was told they no longer personalize these, even though the website took the information and I previewed it - perhaps because of the big discount I got on them?

I threw them away
I was very disappointed in this product. When I opened the box it was shedding all this glitter. The faces were a bit off but I decided to keep it anyway. I personalized it and set it aside. But every time I looked at it I was just so disappointed I ended up throwing it away (I had already personalized it and so didn't think sending it back was an option). Not great for one of my first purchases from this company.

No names
When I ordered this ornament I filled out the fields with the names I wanted, but it came blank. Very disappointed.

Not Personalized
This ornament was not personalized at all. When I checked out, it asked me what names to be shown. But, got it in the mail, and nothing. Very disappointed!

They spelled a name wrong other then what I wanted.

Ordered this as a Christmas gift for a friend who moved away. With my
name and three other of her friends, she is sure to remember the fun
times we had together. And know we think of her. . and miss her.
