Broken!
I experienced the same issue as a previous reviewer with the particle board; it was broken off and I wasn't able to place the screw back in.
Also, one of the stems was broken in half, a button fell off one of the pots, and one of the flowers wasn't glued onto the stem (the last two issues, I could have fixed myself so they weren't as bad as the broken stem).
I called Customer Service and just asked for my money back. I've never had such an issue with any product of Terry's Village before. Aside from this product, I would order from Terry's Village again!

A Little Disappointed
I bought this to use as gift and was disappointed that it wont stand as shown in picture. Both hinges are on the back, and one needs to be on the front. Hopefully I can move one without too much trouble and that it will still look nice enough to use as a gift.

Poorly made
I was disappointed with this product. One of the screws had come out of a hinge and the particle-board it screwed into had broken off. There is no was to fix it. Also one of the buttons was off-center and the glue showed, and one of the flower pieces was off-center.

Flowerpot Screen
I couldnt wait to get this item - so much that when I saw it in a catalog only to find it out of stock online that I litterly "stalked" the website until it was available. Got it yesterday. LOVE IT!! BUT - the hinges were on backwards so I had to do some quick handyman magic and now they bend like the picture. All in all, I couldnt be happier with the product. Good thing I had the sense to know how to switch out the hinges!!
