very disappointed...
The quality of this cross was very disappointing, because they were to be gifts. We bought the same style cross 2 yrs ago for ourselves and it's beautifully made. I was shocked at the inferior quality of what we received in this last order.

This looks NOTHING like the picture!! Sure upset. Do not buy it!

Save your money
I'm still trying to figure out how anyone would think this looks anything like a cross. I read the reviews, but didn't heed the warnings. The last post is correct the picture is beautiful, but that's NOT what you will get if you order this product.

not a cross
This "cross" looks beautiful on the catalog but it is not quality like Terry's Village delivers. They were great about fixing the problem but don't waste your time and money on this. The colors are drab and it is not shaped like a cross at all. Metal is tough to bend and one side is much longer than the other so it will never look right unless you know a welder.

Not a Cross
I ordered 2. Neither was the shape of a cross. With 5 or 6 stems, how could it? We were able to use pliers to bend the vertical stems together and then move the leaves. But the stems are welded, so you don't have much flexibility to fix the shape. Nice leaves, 2 circles to tie to hang, but don't get your hopes up. It's not a cross.

Pretty-but not a cross
I was looking forward to receiving this cross because it looked so nice online and in the catalog. However, when I received mine it doesn't really look like a cross. It is pretty and will look nice hanging, but I really wanted it to look like a cross. A little disappointing.

disapointed in quality
The colors are beautiful but it's not in the shape of a cross.We tried to reshape it but the material it's made of wouldn't bend.If it was a cross it wouldn't fit in the box.

The cross I recieved was very mishapen and the arms of it are not straight like the one pictured...they are drooping downward...making it kinda hard to tell it is actually a cross. Colors are as pictured. Price is too much for the mishapen unit. Shipping is too expensive to sent it back for a better one..It was disappointing since I usually love everything I get from terry's Village.
