poor quality
Very poorly made. Twigs and berries were all falling off. Leaves were crushed and I was not able to straighten them. Do not buy unless you are handy with a glue gun and plan to use this arrangement only as a base and add you own foliage.

Awful!!
Not anything like the picture! The quality and construction is horrible! The twigs on the base are glued completely unevenly leaving much of the base exposed and the foliage on top is sparse to say the least. Much of what little foliage there was fell off during shipping and was in the bottom of the box.

Not totally what I expected
I ordered 2 of these and although I do like them, they aren't exactly what I expected. The orange colors are much brighter in person than displayed in the picture. The overall quality is good and I will keep them, but I just wish the colors were more subtle as pictured.

It is rare this occurs on a order from Terrys Village, if there is a problem from past experiance Terrys Village does their best to make it right.
The floral bundled arrangement that arrived was sadly very unlike the photo, which is full & well arranged, mine were not full & appeared to be thrown togeather. I almost returned them but due to a cleaver friend they were rescued.
If you order I hope yours is full & well put together if not call, Terrys Village will do all they can to make it right or if your cleaver like my friend you can enhance it.

Horrible
When I saw this item thought it would be nice on my dining room table for the fall. Received it today and it actually fell apart when I took it out of the box. All the twigs fell off, the leaves were bent and I couldn't straighten them out. Not as tall or as full as it looks in picture. The only reason I even gave it one star was because the concept and the colors were nice. Quality, however, was awful. Was very surprised as I have purchased from TV before and was always pleased.

Poor Quality !
I ordered this, thinking it would be gorgeous to place as a Fall centerpiece. It arrived today damaged, and did not look full as pictured. I also ordered the embossed pumpkins and they are fabulous, I cannot understand how one item is perfect and another looks like something you would buy from the dollar store or something. Item was not pictured accurately in my opinion. I did contact customer service and they did issue a credit for the damaged item.

UGLY!
I was excited to make this an addition to my fall decor until I received it. It is a bundle of sticks glued together with some leaves sticking out of the top. My 3 year old could make a better looking arrangement. VERY CHEAP!!!! I am returning it ASAP!!! Don't waste your $.

Fall leaves
I love the fall leaves I purchased. I have them on my coffee table on top of the dollies I also purchased. They are very pretty and really add beautiful fall color to the living room.
