Rods were broken and rather stale
While the decorating on the pretzel rods is beautiful, and I understand some of them would be broken (perhaps better packing could be done) I found them to be stale as well as broken. I love the idea of these as small presents, but overall I would say I was disappointed in the product.

Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods
Ordered these for Christmas but 1/2 of them arrived broken. Called Customer Service and they offered to send me a replacement box with a next day arrival (still in time for my needs) . Arrived on Christmas Eve, well after my party and they were also broken. Customer Service very easy to work with and credited my account for these. Too fragile to order online. Save from being frustrated and avoid these.

chocolate covered pretzel rods
I bought them for christmas but when I got them I had to try one--WELL I ended up eating about 3 of them already and we still have a week until christmas

Pretty good..
I received these pretzels as a free gift with my order. Pretzels are descent, especially given the fact that it's May & these are "holiday" pretzels - husband didn't mind them either :)

Great Surprise
I am not sure why, but I got a box of these pretzels included at no charge with my order.
They were fantastic. I make these myself for special occasions, and these were as good as the ones I make.
Might be a problem if they were shipped in our hot summer, but not in the cool spring.
They were perfect.

Poor quality and packaged poorly
I ordered 3 boxes of these because they were pictured beautifully and were reasonably priced. Of the 3 boxes I received, they ALL had discolored because of temperature extremes, I assume and ALL but 5 of them were BROKEN! POOR QUALITY so I could not serve them or give them in gift baskets as I had hoped. NOT WORTH IT

Mine Tasted OLD Too
The white chocolates were better, but there weren't many of them. We all love chocolate-covered pretzels, but these were definitely disappointing.

Not standard Quality
They revised quantity, but it's down to 10! Every stick was broken and chocolate was very 'old' tasting. Not Terry's usual quality. Even sale price was not a value for product received.
