Impressed Looked at a few other websites that sold these and Terrys Village had the lowest price. I was pleasantly surprised at how large the cattails actually are. You do have to be careful with the wire mesh part of the cattail, however, it does bend easily. These will look great by the pond. December 25, 2012

Too Short I felt that these cat tail bird feeders were too short. I figured they would be tall just like a cat tail but instead they are not. I couldn't put these feeders in front of my window to watch the birds. Instead i had to put them farther away making it less enjoyable for me. Other than than they are a great idea and a cute one at that. December 7, 2012

Nice surprise! I have quite a few "bird" people in my life. When I saw these and thought they were cute but figured for the price they might be flimsy. I figured I would order a set and see what they were like. . When I received them I was very surprised at how nice they were. I order 5 more sets for Christmas gifts. They are nicely made & a different twist on bird feeders. November 29, 2012

Cattail Bird Feeders This is the second set I have bought. I like to feed the finches with these, so I bought the net socks at the hardware store and fill thme with seed. Works will. The tops open completely, and I can refill the socks with no problem. The finiches hang on the feeder and eat the seed. The first set is still good after two years. I bought this second set to place in another area of the garden. October 27, 2012

not for the birds I received these cattails last year and I love them. Like Foodchick from Tarpon Springs, FL, I just use them for yard art, and they look great. I had no intentions of using bird seed in them because I wanted to use them in my gardening area. Works for me. Like I said.... not "for the birds". June 24, 2012
