i wasnt sure about ordering these after some of the reviews. they arrived in perfect condition. the white isnt a bright white but more of a cream. they look great to me. i cant wait to decorate with a candy theme next year. glad i did decide to buy them. bought two sets.

Paint Job a Little Disappointing
The spindles are really cute and make a nice display on a shelf in my kitchen. My only complaint is the paint on them is not very good. The spindles have spots of red and green on the white as if they were rubbed together too quickly for packaging. Other than that, the three are very cute and I would recommend them to others.

Very Cute!!
I really liked these candy cane ornaments. Yes they are beige and not white as the description declares. But they are rustic and so cute. A little pricey but you know that going in. They are sturdy and well built and very decorative. Mine are well painted and I enjoy them so much.

Cute!
I guess I among the minority who loved these! I was so happy with them when I pulled them out, and have enjoyed using them as decor around the holidays. I purchased them last year, and look forward to putting them up again this year!

Poor painting
I was excited about these but when I got them they were very poorly painted. A 5-year-old could do better.

Candy Cane Disappointment
Ordered these for family gift giving for Christmas, but very disappointed in the paint job on them and the overall quality. Was hoping for a bright, glossy paint appearance as in the catalog. Definitely NOT the case at all. I will keep these for my own decorating purposes.

Purchase
Of all the things I have bought from Terry's Village this was a big disappointment. The candy is only painted on one side and they should be white as in the picture but they are painted biege.
