Liked the product I like the product very much. I am a cardinal bird fan and most anything with cardinals on it attracts me. However when the order came in a bigger box with other things, the cardinal was broken. I called the company and they very nicely replaced the item. and sent an extra gift. That was nice. Unfortunately, the second bird was cracked too but not completely broken. I will be able to fix it and use it. The problem seemed to be that the foam packing for the item did not fit it well enough on both occasions so that the jostling of shipping put the bird at risk. I recommend a better packaging of the product. November 22, 2011
