Disappointing personalization
Cute bear couple, but unlike the way the personalization is shown I received both our names one on top of the other single spaced and no "&" sign between names. Looked very strange and maybe done with plastic letters from the dollar tree. Should have realized that it was an inexpensive item and as they say " you get what you pay for."

personalization was very sloppy - looks awfu!
The personalization was very sloppy. Letters are very faded and just half way put on. I will never buy anything else like this from you. I should have sent it back but I didn't want the hassle of it all. Your shipping that I had to pay for is very slow too.

too small
Althought th idea of personaliziing the heart is great the product
is too small. I thought i was going to be much bigger.

The cutest thing ever!
I really wasn't sure how this was going to look or if it we're too "kiddish" but it's not at all. I recently got married and had ordered it before the big day. To my surprise, it showed up on my wedding day so I opened it. I was trilled with how it came out and the personalization was terrific!

I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived. It is really cute. I have to pay more attention to dimensions when ordering! I thought it would be larger, but it is still just as cute.
